| Bill has accumulated over 28 years of commercial real estate investment brokerage experience selling office buildings, shopping centers and industrial property. Bill doesn't just sell real estate – he lives it, breathes it and knows the Southeast Florida market like no other. Combining the market strength of Marcus & Millichap (1500+ brokers in 70 offices nationwide) with his real estate expertise, Bill's ability to sell and find properties for clients is unsurpassed.
A Baltimore native and graduate from Loyola College, Bill directed his career focus to the real estate industry in the early 70's and never looked back. While achieving substantial successes in brokerage, development and property management, Bill earned his CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations. He is also a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial & Office Properties).
In early 2000 Bill joined Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company, the premier provider of investment real estate brokerage sales boasting more than $20.5 Billion in over 5000 transactions just in 2006. Through the 3rd quarter of 2007 alone, Bill closed over $53,000,000 of investment properties.
